Three beards are trapped inside a mountain because of a mine collapsing. They have to find a way out but they're running out of rations and light. Various tunnels lead to dead ends but they find generators inside with little juice left. Some creature is living inside the caves and a woman appears, heavily masked and covered as she's not able to breath inside the caves as the dwarfs are. A very talky film, claustrophobic and frustrating. A mundane story, well acted and leaving one wondering.

A group of dwarf miners must work together in order to survive after the find themselves trapped inside a mountain in the wake of a cave in.

Director/co-writer Chris Raney relates the gripping story at a deliberate pace, generates a good deal of claustrophobic atmosphere, maintains a sober despairing tone throughout, and makes excellent use of the cramped cave setting. The fine acting from the able no-name cast helps a lot: Brent Bateman as the hearty Odryd, John Hutton as the crusty Calcus, and Robert Morgan as the gruff Brenn. Worth a watch.

Three Dwarves and a human are trapped in mine 347864. There is a creature in there with them we see late. Not sure why a creature that lives in the dark has 6 eyes and can see. We get a great front story of the humans dominating the dwarves and we see a dragon flying over a mountain. It promises to be a great film and then nothing. The dialogue was sad. Music put me to sleep.
