In the future, a pandemic wipes out 31 million people with "the sickness." "The Company" creates a treatment that is rare and expensive and be administered periodically. A group of conspiracy-minded people believe "The Company"created the illness and plan on breaking-in, but before they do, the army attacks them and takes Molly, an eight-year-old girl. Eight years later the vigilantes manage to attack a secret cargo movement and discover (plot spoiler) a sixteen year old Molly. More fighting.
Characters were not that lovable and developed. 31 million dead on a planet of 6 billion would hardly be missed, but the world looked deserted. Seemed like pointless science fiction.

Plot summary
It is the year 2027, eight years after the first outbreak of The Sickness, a highly contagious, adaptive, and lethal virus. The world is now run by a pharmaceutical corporation called The Company, which distributes a treatment for the virus but charges a high price for it, putting the majority of people in a state of poverty and dependence. David Oscar is done fighting. He has lost all hope and hides in a small illegal clinic. David is a former member of The Flux, a rebel movement depicted as a terrorist organization in the media. The Flux believes The Company itself is responsible for The Sickness. After years of hiding from his past, David is found by members of The Flux, who persuade him to take part in an important mission that they believe will lead to a cure for The Sickness. What they discover when they break into a secure facility of The Company, is not the cure for The Sickness, but a young girl named Molly who has been held captive and subjected to Company experiments for years. As David and his companions help Molly escape the Company facility, the mutation inside her body manifests itself and the Flux members find out why she has been kept under lock and key for years.

Another worst film! Too many boring conversation, and annoying overuse scene! The action scene also full of slow motion, messy, and not intense! Avoid at all cost!
This film start with the narrator talking about the virus, and a man "David" preventing a girl "Molly" been capture scene! As turnout, this film is about David need to prevent the girl who has superpower and immune to the virus(Molly) get kill by a sinister pharmaceutical corporation! Entire film full of boring conversation, and annoying overuse scene! Such as, overuse the close-up facial scene, overuse of David thinking about Molly scene, and overuse the searching things scene! Make the film unwatchable! All the action scene have blood at certain point, but full of slow motion! Make the film disgusting to watch! Molly has superpower, but she still need to use a gun close range to kill a man! Ridiculous! Barely intense scene is, Molly use her superpower to turn Angel into dust! At the end, Molly kill Angel to revenge for David! She watching myriad of aircraft at the sky! That's it! Another disappointed film!

Average science fiction about virus, treatment and cure !
Storyline is usual not new. Presentation also average. Story plot is not large half of movie only based on fighting sequences till end that seems very long. It should have shorten to make an effect. Actors and actresses are some weird. Overall it is time pass watchable. Nothing new and could be skipped.
