Right from the opening scenes I had a bad feeling about this. This was beyond believable, too many blatant errors. The first scene showed a close up of a hand on a rifle, soft, not weather worn, , manicured nails, clean. Then in the cabin he leans on stove that supposed to have a hot pot.
Then it's 3 to one with the Indians with one shot and he gets away. The whole premise was flawed, tramping through snow and they weren't caught, ???
Too soft looking to be real pioneers, more than anything .

Fur trappers Abel and Henry Iron struggle to make a living in a dying industry in the Rocky Mountains. Following in their late father's footsteps, they travel the mountains searching for beaver, carving out a meager existence in the western wilderness. When Abel encounters a band of Shoshone Indians, a misunderstanding leaves one indian dead and the Iron Brothers on the run. Together, Abel and Henry flee into the mountains to escape the warriors that are pursuing them. In the end, they will learn if the bond of brotherhood is enough to save them.

Clearly very influenced by 70s Westerns
Good low budget film that is clearly very influenced by 70s Westerns down to the promo poster which is very cool. It may not be McCabe and Mrs. Miller but it sure beats "Dear White People" or most other modern throwaway garbage.
