Did a few middle school kids make this boring film? Who wasted their time and money making this no talent movie. Boy wants girl girl doesn't want guy... Everything else is just dumb.
Plot summary
Born on September 11th, 2001, Danny seems destined for disaster. A difficult home and social life leads to a lonely childhood, but in high school he finally finds his way when he joins a church youth group. Life is all right after that, until he falls unrequitedly for his beautiful classmate Megan who has zero interest in church boys. But while performing with his church drama team Danny discovers a talent for inventing new characters. And a chance in-costume encounter leads him to realize that Megan will like him as long as she thinks he's a rebel. So Danny, as the rebel, teams up with Megan to help her get revenge against her awful ex. Will the ruse succeed or will it be another Danny Doom disaster?

Movie Reviews
Danny Doom is not a comedy, there is nothing funny about Danny Doom.
Avoid at all costs
Danny is an orbiter to a girl that doesn't see him as a romantic partner. Instead of improving his lot in life, hitting the gym and learning how to socialize properly, he puts a contact lens on and some fake tattoos. The girl he is after whom he constantly annoyed the heck out of turns him down because his real self is a desperate kid that thinks women are morons and go for "bad guys". Ever hear of Elliot Rogers? Anyway, staying true to the terrible script, his love interest actually falls for it because the director obviously thinks women are morons and as 1 dimensional as this film portrays them to be.
It's like the script was written by an someone that spent too much time on certain image boards and has a manifesto. I really don't understand how the heck this film got made. Like people actually sat around a table, read the script and thought "yeah. This looks good. Lets pour energy into making this".
Don't watch this. Just don't. Watch the trailer and you'll see why.
Why are people still doing this kind of stuff?
A showcase of zero talent. No script, no actors, no direction, no lightning, no production design, no wardrobe, nothing.
This would be a great movie... if it was produced by 12 year-olds. Adults with a fully developed brain and an awareness of what a "movie" is shouldn't be doing this kind of thing.
