This Anime Movie was, in my opinion, a decent Psychological Horror -Thriller. Other than the Plot that is written above, I won't reveal any spoilers here. It starts with a young woman who moves into an apartment complex that is apparently misadvertised purposefully by a shady land owning business. It is a decaying old industrial complex. When she begins to see things that are disturbing, this anime takes a flying leap into Psychological Horror straight out of the 80's. Just unending twists and hidden messages that will leave the viewers stumped until it is all tied together in the end. The scene-by-scene playstyle of this Anime really gives it a unique sense of the artist's concept melding with the Director's vision. Some may call it crudely done, others may say it doesn't make sense. It only makes sense if you understand this specific style of horror. This was an anime, which in my opinion, was made with an attempt to simulate late 80's and early 90's Psychological Indie Horror. Most movies filmed in such a way were considered B-flicks in the mainstream because the technology for creating good transitional work between scenes was in it's infancy at the time. Movies like, "Jacob's Ladder", "13 Seconds", and "House". This Anime played on that old style.

Extremely Hard to Follow, Yet captivating.
Lazy
I was quite disappointed with how low the frame rate is on this anime, also the camera jitter they went with makes every scene a nauseating experience. The anime seemed very interesting at the start I just couldn't stick around to watch it because it felt like I was looking at someone's unfinished story boards that they dropped all over the ground.
What did I just watch...?
Even for anime this made no sense. It looks weird as heck too, the main character looks like a walking ball joint doll with cgi eyes and once it's over you'll have a /lot/ of questions.
It's like the film version of one of those computer generated pictures where nothing can be identified or makes sense. It's very slow as well, and half way through you'll just start not even caring what happens next because none of it makes sense anyway. The only thing I felt when I finished watching this mess was annoyed.
