Not much Salem in the film. Story about a cursed Salem doll that makes its way to a British Museum with deadly consequences. The doll looked creepy enough. The rest of the story was horrible with much of it being read to the audience in monotone. Another Anna doll film to avoid.

Plot summary
After unearthing a wooden crate containing a seemingly innocuous porcelain doll in the dusty attic of the historic Warwickshire Museum in the United Kingdom, the unsuspecting curator, David Whittaker, starts to experience unusual and hair-raising happenings. Utterly unaware of the haunted artefact's dark heritage which dates back to 1692 Salem, David, his family, and his assistant, Stephanie, will soon come face-to-face with an ancient malevolent force that craves innocent souls. Now, against the backdrop of unaccountable disappearances and intense paranormal occurrences, David finds himself trapped in a maze of horrors. Can they escape from Salem's fiery curse?

The Name
A mix of Annabelle, and The Lords of Salem. And yeah. This movie sucks. Cheap effects, and that's it. Its a movie that's made to trick people to buying this, instead of the Annabelle movies. Go watch those instead, you'll jump, and actually have a little satisfaction at the end, instead of feeling robbed of time.

Bit slow to start, but enjoyed it
The intro to this film seemed to go on forever!! Quite slow to get started but all in all I thought it was quite good
