You just can't watch anything any better than one of these family oriented movies. Great for the whole family, no foul language and no nudity. Yes I recommend this one. James Welch Henderson Arkansas. 3/14/2022.
Plot summary
Charming author Tom Stanfield is instantly interested and discretely interested, like her, when he meets single-by-choice divorce lawyer Katherine Bixby, once publicly at a book-signing sessions for his single bestseller about the love for his late wife, and repeatedly privately as they are best friends in charge of preparing the wedding of his buddy Rick Wychowski and her Marcie Schlossberg. But the latter is determined to get Katherine hooked up and trusts her 'medium' manicurist, who predicts she'll soon meet her true love, named Michael. Dates keep going wrong, even with Katherine's most attractive single high-school lover Michael Breakstone, now a successful corporate lawyer, perhaps because she tries follow the prophetic formula. Despite his writer's block, Tom helps, rather then Katherine, who sabotages her shot at promotion by putting clients' relationship happiness before billing divorce proceeding hours, mend Rick's engagement after Marcie showed little interest in the wedding, being obsessed with the honeymoon.

Friday Night Cheesy Movie Festival
This movie is easy to watch The performances are solid for the story and script they are supposed to be selling.
Your world will not be turned on it's head after watching this, but neither will you be hating the final scenes.
When you are in a moment where you know you can waste time watching a FNCM (Friday Night Cheesy Movie) Props to the lead female actor for turning in a very stable performance and for all the pretty men.
My fav was the big blond boof.

Somewhat disappointing
The general story was relatively stupid, the main character is an intelligent lawyer, but for some reason, she believes some fortune teller about her true love. And then she makes every decision in the movie based on that seemingly ridiculous piece of information. It just doesn't seem to be that believable.
At the same time, her co-star's story didn't really go anywhere, and we barely even got to know him, instead, we get to see a lot of unnecessary information about relatively minor roles like the new boyfriend's coworker and her client's, neither of which progressed anything at all.
At the end of the movie, as expected the couple discovers they were there all long for each other, but there was no real journey. In fact, the ending was completely pointless from the perspective of the main characters, she is miserable at work and he got a letter telling him to move on, but no real change for either one.
To conclude, the acting could have been better, but it wasn't terrible, as opposed to the problematic script. I recommend you see this movie only if you are really bored, otherwise, i would pass on this one.
