What I liked: Realistic ending. Not all things have a happy ending and justice doesn't always catch up with everyone. Maybe because it's based on a real events, but I like it that it didn't have that hollyweird vibe.

What I didn't like: looked like a Tyler Perry soap opera ... some scenes were alittle cheesy

Overall: Good movie, with a couple of surprises. Realistic.

I am one of the most critical movie watchers of all time and was fully expecting the same ole same and WHOA was I wrong. While sure the general plot was not new (it is hard to find anything purely unique these days),this movie was executed well and the cast was great! There were enough turns that had me glued to my tv. I am not going to spoil anything but, I definitely was happy to see that the ugly/bad in the movie was allowed to be without it being cleaned up before the movie ended like a Disney movie. I cannot stand that! I thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie and wanted more for sure.

I honestly went into this not expecting much but it was a pleasant surprise. Heart warming, tragic, emotional and realistic. A story about a man whose just trying to get his life together while battling serious family issues (I won't say anything specific to avoid spoiling it). The trials of humanity, right and wrong vs family.
