After seven long years of estrangement, Anne has a chance encounter with her now unhappily married old flame Christian. And having all the time in the world, the former lovers embark on a trip down memory lane while heading to the picturesque Carry-le-Rouet seaside resort west of Marseille, reminiscing about what brought them together.
