FUTURE EVENTS WILL EFFECT YOU IN THE FUTURE

This film builds upon the urban legend of organ harvesting. A group of friends with a camera head to Vegas for a birthday celebration...get lured by hookers who work for an organ harvester.

They took a lame plot and made it worse using a hand held camera for far too much of the film. Also listed as a "comedy" you won't find a lot of funny scenes. I did like the one scene where they film Capri (Nicole Sienna) talking to Luke (Josh Cole) from a distant and they dubbed in their voices. Outside of that, I was bored.

Parental Guide: F-bomb, sex, nudity

A fresh, creative, original, unique, new style slasher film.

This film is about a group of guys who go to Vegas to get some Escorts. After they get them they find out that the whorehouse has deadly repercussions for them.

This film is well directed, has a good pacing, has good acting, it has such a great, creative, fresh, original feel to it, and mostly gets things right as far as keeping you entertained. This is a very well made film. I was really impressed with the professional way it was directed, written, and paced. It had believable, relatable, realistic characters, scary villains, good tension, good acting, clever, realistic dialogue, and a good, fresh, inventive way of filming and presenting it.

The important thing to know about this film is the characters are well fleshed out, unique, and real feeling. You get to know the characters quite well before the killings start. The characters don't feel clichéd at all. They don't act immature for their age. They feel like real, authentic early 20 year old men and woman. It could of had a better ending and way of showing the characters as they were being killed as far as making them seem more real(their personalities weren't shown that much in the scenes where they were killed)and it could've explained more about the motives of the killers, but overall it was really impressive and better than most horror films made nowadays. It has an authentic feel because of the POV, homemade, camcorder way of showing things happening. Most of the film has a found footage, POV perspective to it which makes the things that happen seem more real and convincing. One of the most important things that makes this an above average horror film is the main characters truly felt real, varied, unique, and likable. They felt like real people who act like most men their age do. That level of honesty and authenticity is usually sorely missed in horror films made nowadays. They each had unique characteristics and ways of acting. Another thing is there is a creative twist at the end which gives you a different perspective on what happens at the end of it. This twist is very stylish, very intelligent, extremely original, and very creative, which is in line with this consistently creative film.

It's almost never boring and never is stale in how it feels. It keeps you intrigued and invested in everything that happens to the characters. It makes you care for the main characters when bad things start to happen to them. And, that's the main key to what makes a good film and the main difference between this fine film and most of the other horror films made nowadays.

What a mess of a movie

"Stripped" tries to be so much, but it ain't working. Too bad.

It tries to be a road trip movie in it's first half, like the Hangover movies or like some college road trip movie, but that does not work.

It then tries to be an abduction movie about organ harvesters, who hook their prey with cheap, but super hot prostitutes. That, uhm, does not work.

In the end it tries to be a movie like Hostel or similar, but this does not work.

Why does none of this work? Easy to answer, my friends. There is no love in this movie, and there was no love, when the movie was made, or even thought of, or edited (continue this list).

This is a try to make some cheap money with false promises and some minor amount of female nudity.

The road trip part does not work, because it loses itself in bad clichés. The acting is horrible, the characters are stereotypical and superficial, and nothing happens. The road trip part could have been completely cut out without anyone missing it. But they could not make a 40 minutes movie, I guess. Even the hot girl cannot save this part, because she is portrayed as even dumber than the dudes.

The abduction part does not work, because it's filmed badly. They could not decide between shaky hand camera, guarding web cams or "normal" cameras. Too much time is given to film the ladies' assets, none was given for anything else.

The Hostel part does not work, because there is no gore at all (I BET the makers did simply not know how to make gore scenes),the acting gets worse, the "doctor" is so ridiculous that I had to laugh every time he was shown, and also nothing is explained. No "why", no backgrounds, but also no future premise - what does the doctor wanna do? Why no one ever checked out that etablissement, where young people disappear in the dozens?

I give ONE star for the striptease from the blonde girl in red lingerie. I admit, this scene really was hot.

But that was the only scene to remember about this movie, and this is so sad. Sad for me and my wasted time, sad for the film makers, sad for everyone who participated in this movie.

Just a sad movie, and a serious mess. I cannot recommend to watch this at all, not even for free.
