Righteous Anger

Adam (Alan Powell ) lives in a small town that is overrun by heroin use. When his sister dies of an overdose Adam teams up with others in the town to form a vigilante group to go after dealers. Adam discovers Fat Kenny (Jordan Fitzsimmons) was with his sister when she OD. He wants revenge on him.

I understand it is a serious problem. I have a relative that has been in and out of two county lockups. But the constant school speakers would drive me to heroin. What was that, like everyday they all gathered in the gym to have someone witness to them? They could have just had Mr Mackey come out and say, "Heroin is bad, MKay."

Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity

This is not an action film! Quite touching at certain point, but ruin by the frustrated overuse scene! Should have done better!

This film start with a man walking from his house with a gun to kill his neighbor, and another man "Adam" putting his son to sleep scene! As turnout, this film is about Adam forming a team with Hazel and Edward to eradicate the drug dealer in his town, after his sister die by drug overdose! Entire film full of boring conversation, and frustrated overuse scene! Such as, overuse of the singing scene, and overuse of the blackout scene! Make the film unwatchable! Barely intense scene is, a drug dealer's father kill Hazel, after Hazel confront with him! At the end, Adam confront with Kenny to revenge for his sister! Adam refuse to kill Kenny, after knowing his sister is a drug dealer! Adam sent Kenny to the police station instead! Brittany talking about Hazel with the audience! Officer Jerry resign from his job! Still have a post credit scene! Two news reporters reporting the fatality of the heroin epidemic increase by ten percent! That's it! Another disappointed film!

Boring story, poor acting - awful experience

Wow. I've never been so fooled by a high IMDB score. I should have read the reviews too. Every minute you spend watching this movie is a minute you'll wish you had back.

It starts out very slow - and never picks up. I kept waiting for something interesting to happen but it just plodded along. And in the few cases where something did happen - such as when a civilian set up a roadblock to stop cars and search them - I could not suspend my disbelief.

The writers managed to make every character into a shallow, boring caricature of a person. Even the lady who lost two sons to opiate overdoses was barely sympathetic and quickly became tiresome.

Giving it 2 stars to be generous.
