Really contrived categorization of cops & victims, especially Afro-Americans, too stereotyped unreal. Yes, examples of such bad cops have been found, but what percentage? Criminal behavior can be found in all professions; even politicians. There are better ways to pursue justice with better overall lasting effect. Comment on DVD subtitle: "English for the hearing impaired." Subtitles can also be to better understand the dialogue especially w/poor enunciation or poor quality audio recording & levels.

I did not have a clue what this film was about. the title are conffusing,is it about maccarty or rwanda, or a film about one of the countless ''red rivers''running through the u.s countryside,or is it about a water shed being polluted with red killing algea,but i realised pretty fast.white police officers with an unstiff finger on a well oiled trigger, attacking blaks and hispanics, well known from the media and worn out from previous film and media productions. i shall admit that i felt angry when i saw this,and was very pleased on the revege taken,because it has a few twists up their sleves. as a film product its sadly mediocre,very slow paced,except the last 20 minutes.,the script are not good,the phtographic quality and light settings are amateuristis,the score are overloaded with oversentimental hiphop ballads, and most of the acting,especially the emotional, comforting and romantic parts are very stiff,and felt rather unloving,that is due to bad direction. but it has also some ups,especially the shoot outs and the driving scenes are competently made action. so,whatever the reason for making this film was, i feel with all the wrongfully harmed victims,but that this film shows little of the side effects.and how or why it has become like this.

This movie had some good actors but the acting from these actors was very very poorly executed. You can definitely tell when a movie is poorly directed actors respond to good directing and a good script this movie had neither
