This is a Netflix original animated film about a girl and her killer robot. The animation and action are great, the characters are engaging, and the story is pretty original. Also, this movie is the spiritual successor to 9, my all-time favourite movie! And my friend Dave Colvinson actually worked on it! If you're browsing through Netflix looking for something to watch, I'd recommend checking this out. I think it's a good time! Definitely a hidden gem! Spread the word! More people need to see this!

This movie is a solid 8 rated 10 to do my part in making up for the silly 1-4 star reviews. On a micro level it's one of the most original films I've seen it's so different to most modern animation that comes out of western studios. I can't tell you how much it is a breath of fresh air it is to see a good animation without Disney's propaganda. The characters do exactly what they are supposed to do. People rated this film as bad because they didn't like the character...? It's sad that we live in a society where a film that shows flaws and development of a struggling child is somehow bad because it shows the truth... that troubled children can grow up with hate and do bad things? I thought it was emotionally powerful and thought provoking. The score was great and the fight scenes brilliant. The dog was hilarious in my opinion if you're someone who's afraid of swearing I suggest you don't educate yourself on what goes on in this world as I don't think you'd be able to cope out in the real world. The film is beautifully animated and 100% worth a watch. Probably not suitable for very young children or if your a parent that wishes to mollycoddle your child into adulthood but personally I see no reason that all animations need to be childish.

Starting out your like yeah, then you get annnoyed with what happens and as others have said the little brat. However as it progresses it becomes truly spectacular. Im not an emotional person but damn this hits you right in the feels. The visuals are stunningly detailed. and the main robot is great. I cannot recommend this movie enough. Heres hoping for a sequel
