This movie was just what I needed, light, cute, fun, and funny, with a bit of romance thrown in.
The acting was good, and all the actors really seemed to be enjoying themselves, i.e., the chemistry was great. It was refreshing seeing Jackée, Tim Reid and Tia Mowry all working together again. It was like a family reunion. Ha, ha!
It would be lovely if we could live in a town such as the one depicted in the film where people were actually kind and didn't use systemic oppression, prejudice and biases to unnaturally make people's lives a living hell.
Plot summary

But her life is unexpectedly turned upside down when she inherits a cozy inn in Alaska from her aunt. When she goes to inspect the property and meets handsome town attorney Brian Anderson (Mayes),she's surprised to find that nothing is what she expected. The small town community is full of fun and festive Christmas traditions and soon, Jen starts wondering if the inn might just be the place she belongs, and if Brian could be the Mr. Right she has been waiting for."

Adorable!
Cute...
A film about Christmas, which I would have liked to watch at Christmas, but like this one coming out of Netflix, I had to anticipate, very cliché and cute, like every Christmas film about Christmas...
Poor
Writing and dialogue was not very good. Things seemed forced or unnatural. Acting was fair at best. Didn't seem to have any chemistry.
