Rude but hilarious

Definitely it's not the usual Hollywood's romantic comedy! Full of rude but hilarious humor this movie uses impoliteness as a way to make you laugh. Great part of the jokes is crude, rough and related to sex but they made me laugh out loud, as I didn't for a long time! Another nice feature of this film is that humor is present in almost the entire movie which is not so common in romantic comedies.

As told it's not the usual romantic comedy, however it has some typical features of this genre. The ending, by the way, is the expected one (the main characters end up together! I don't think it's even a spoiler!!) but it's done in a funny and different way. I liked it. Something I don't use to in romantic comedies!

The acting was nice. Dane Cook is hilarious and he does his job very well. Kate Hudson also does a good job, and by the way she's beautiful, as always. Jason Biggs does the role of a silly guy... as always! Alec Baldwin does a funny but a kind of "macho man" character!

I enjoyed it and score it 8/10 (especially because of some hilarious jokes!)

I had to watch this after a very disturbing movie - Lords of Chaos!

This is one of my favorite movies ever! Well written dialogue throughout and super cool parts. Tank (Dane Cook) is a excellent comedian while being so entertaining! I'm probably weird for loving this movie but it makes me feel good every-time. It's important to note it's one of the crudest and most inappropriate films known to man; it's a shame its very underrated on IMDB!!

Better than I thought it would be

Good romantic comedy about Dane Cook who is hired by guys to date their ex-girlfriends and give them the worst date of their lives so they go back to their beaus. When his friend, played by Jason Biggs asks him to do the same for his girlfriend played by Kate Hudson, all goes wrong since both Hudson and Cook find that they are attracted to the other. Despite being slightly rude and crude this is, in its way, a sweet little film that is more than a bit rough around the edges. Its funny and charming thanks to the three leads who all try to do the best thing but find life get in the way. Better than some of the recent Rom Coms I've seen, none of which come to mind, simply because it seems to work from start to finish (where say what happens in Vegas only works at the end.) Worth a rental or a view on cable.
