Plot summary
Six students who conducted Community Service Program (CSP) in a remote village, Nur, Widya, Ayu, Bima, Anton, and Wahyu, never thought their chosen village was extraordinary. Pak Prabu, the village head, warns them not to cross the prohibited gate. The mysterious place might have something to do with the beautiful dancer who starts to disturb Nur and Widya. One by one began to feel the strangeness of the village. Bima begins to change his attitude. Their CSP is a mess. The invisible inhabitants of the village do not like them. Nur finally discovers that one of them violates a fatal rule in the village. The terror of the mysterious dancer is even more sinister. They ask for help from Mbah Buyut, a local shaman. Too late. They are threatened not be able to return safely from the village known as the dancer's village.

If You Love About KKN Stories, You Must Watch It
In this movies, KKN's stories more closer with story that we read in the novels. You will see a lot of new scenes which will give you new experience. For someone that really love with KKN Stories, this movie really recomended to watch. In the post credits scene, they also give you bonus trailer about their new movie and honestly at first I thought it was still same story but apparently I was wrong lol.
Overall, I have watched the first KKN movie for 4 times, read KKN novel 2 times, and watched this movie today (this movie also becomes my first movie that i watched in 2023) and i still really loved it.

Not much new stuff
I've watched the original movie, and recently found this supposedly extended cut on my free Prime Video subscription included with my mobile data package. Went to check what's the difference and found that it boasts up to 40 minutes of added footage. The longer duration was supposed to add more fright for the viewers, but I didn't get any. The added footage was just bits and pieces put scrambled here and there, adding luttle to the whole story and having little to no significance to improve the movie. For me, the biggest let down is the fact that the boasted 40 minutes of extra runtime actually consists of some 15 minutes footage extended teaser of another movie from the same story author and production company. All in all, I am just glad I didn't spend any money to watch this without getting sufficient value addition compared to the original movie.
