I really enjoyed this documentary! It's a insightful and brisk story of how sound and energy effects everything. It has opened my mind to the things I can't see. Now I want to get a sound bowl!
Plot summary

Compelling & Wonderful
I went into this film not knowing much (anything) about sound therapy and all the more subtle but powerful uses of sound. The film is fantastic and got me super curious to keep learning. The topics covered are all very interesting and the pacing is perfect. I especially loved the stuff about outer space and the Indian tribe. Highly recommended!

You feel better after watching this documentary. The way the sound medicine is presented is really great, with easy language and makes you want to get a singing bow or even performing a shamanic dance.
The wisdom shared by different professionals is great as well.
