It's an interesting little revenge flick that gets pretty brutal, and features a mesmerising performance by Riccardo De Filippis, who nails the transition from meek and mild to all out psycho.
The film could be better. There's some questionable shots and dialogue, and it feels low budget overall. And the gore is a bit shlocky which kills the reality somewhat, but at the same time it took me back to the early Savini days which I did appreciate.
But the best part, for me, was the score by Maurizio Abeni, which was outstanding... featuring a memorable melodic primary theme that's twisted in wonderful ways, and some great underscore that stands out like it should.
Plot summary
Fabio has just served eight months in prison for a crime he did not commit, in place of Claudio, a friend of his; former boxer, a delinquent of small caliber that aspires to become the boss of the Mandrione. Claudio manages various trafficking trades and also runs dog fights. Whenever his dogs are injured, he turns to his friend Fabio who, clandestinely in the back room of his dog wash, takes care of small surgical procedures and medications. The friendship between Fabio and Claudio is very ambiguous, almost sick. Claudio has a bipolar personality that sometimes leads him to act with extreme malice in comparison to Fabio that seems to suffer without reacting. All of this lasts a long time, until one day that Fabio, unable to bear it anymore, will decide to carry out his terrible revenge.

Interesting little revenge flick with some old school gore.
utter rubbish
Watching this movie was boring and the end was so sickingly over the top as to be laughable!
