The story isn't anything knew, which I expected and am okey with. The major problem is the acting of Eric Lutz. As the male lead, his acting performance in this movie is comparable to a middle school musical; overdone and fake. His acting is erratic at times when he needs to take an action like opening the car door, making a surprise face, or pointing at something. The rest of the time he seems to zone out and not be present in his role. He seamingly can't stand still and there is no sense of authenticity in his words, it's very cringy.
The rest of the cast was fine although both "Heather" and "Grace" are quite childish characters. It seems to be part of their role which would've been fine but the middle school acting of Lutz means that basically all the younger adults comport themselves as young teenagers.

Really bad acting
Really Bad and I wanted to like...
I am a NEW fan of Ashley Newbrough, but she takes parts with terrible male leads so bad casting and horrible writing. Where do they get these guys? She has a look and personality that would fit almost any race, so the color of the male lead doesn't matter but focus on fit and chemistry between the two leads then adjust the story accordingly based on the couple. It's easier to do that than continually putting these bad actors with a lot of these leading ladies. Ashley is one those women along with Tori Anderson. For this movie, I didn't like the doctor either, but he was better than the actual male lead. If it's low budget which it seems like most of these are, you still can get quality actors if you look outside the standard umbrella. Note Casting Directors: on camera the male and female leads should be equal in height or male taller. Real life this doesn't matter because love is love but on camera, it doesn't look all that appealing.
Blue Moon Bomb
Wow wow wow, this is one of the worst movies I think I've ever watched. The script was horrible, the actors... overacted!! I'm sure they're very nice in true life and I take no joy in writing a bad review, what I'd really like to know is what on earth were the writers of this mess thinking. The male lead in a dress was a huge flop, that particular scene was a train wreck. The ex girlfriend intentionally trying to keep her man because of her father's plot to build a mall or something didn't work AT ALL.. she completely overacted each and every scene she was in. I kept thinking, is this supposed to be funny or is it supposed to be real. Nothing at all worked in this movie, the female lead's boss was not believable, unprofessional in his approach (I know this was the script) but honestly, I cannot believe this movie was ever made. The blue moon ball had about 8 people there... I could go on and on but I will stop here and again say... the blue moon ball was a total bomb.
