We need much more movies like this, to really believing in creating a world in Harmony how it is in the Movie. The outer world is a reflection of the inner world. So if we dont believe in a world like this, we never will be able to create a world like our home. We and the next generations need this subconscious believe to create a world in Love and Harmony. Plot summary
The selfish Dr. André Luiz dies and awakes in a kind of limbo called "Umbral". After a painful and numb period in a gruesome swamp, he is rescued and brought to "Nosso Lar" (meaning "Our Home"),a spiritual city. He finds a place of harmony, where people live in peace, working for the good of humanity, for the self evolution and awaiting for reincarnation. Sooner André Luiz changes his behavior becoming a more self aware and altruist man.

The Most Expensive Film of Brazilian Industry
The selfish Dr. André Luiz (Renato Pietro) dies and awakes in the limbo called "Umbral". After a painful period in the gruesome swamp, he is rescued and brought in a white light to "Nosso Lar" (meaning "Our Home"). He finds a place of harmony, where people live in peace awaiting for the resurrection. Sooner André Luiz changes his behavior becoming an altruist man.
"Nosso Lar" is the most expensive film of Brazilian industry, with a cost of about eleven million-dollars, most of it invested in special effects. Based on the novel "Nosso Lar" written by the medium Chico Xavier in 1944 and with the soundtrack of Phillip Glass, this new-age film about spirituality is a great deception, with a corny and lame melodramatic story. My vote is three.

This is a deeper insight, not a fictional movie
Hard to explain, but this is not a normal movie, please understand it as a deeper insight. Be open and let this change your perspective, it is a great and important work.
If you have the chance read the books, too, it is definitely worth it and there is much more content waiting for you. Believe it or not, these are not conventional fictional books, they are "written", or more specifically "psychographed", by the brazilian medium Chico Xavier (died in 2002). Search for Chico Xavier and Andre Luiz to find the psychographic works this movie is based on.
Obviously the movie uses fictional images and actors to convey the original message of the books, but I think they did a good job with that (though, as usual, the original work is even deeper in meaning).
